Topic: Legal Aspects of Property Maintenance & UCC Violations
Summary: This panel of experienced Municipal Solicitors, Magisterial District Judge, and Code Official will present:
- The ins and outs of prosecuting ordinance violations, responding to complaints, gathering evidence, issuing citations
or notice of violations - Appearing before the Magisterial District Court and Court of Common Pleas.
- Magisterial District Judge will present a mock hearing, where participants can gather do’s and don’ts
- The legal aspects of the Commonwealth Pennsylvania Act 45 and UCC Regulations
- The topics covered will be geared to Code Officials and Municipal Mangers
