Presenter: Christopher Hines, CAP, BCO; Associate Director, PHRC
Chris Hine has been in the residential building industry for 25 years, with both a large Pennsylvania-based home builder and a national luxury home builder. At the PHRC, Chris serves as the primary liaison with the housing industry and state government regarding residential construction and residential building codes. He also develops and delivers training programs and webinars for builders, remodelers, code officials, and design professionals specializing in residential building codes, residential construction practices, and building science.
