PENNBOC REGION 2 TRAINING COURSE
TOPIC: Property Maintenance Enforcement Roundtable & Iron Pigs Game
DESCRIPTION: Join fellow building code officials for an engaging and practical roundtable discussion focused on the real-world challenges of property maintenance code enforcement. This interactive session will explore common enforcement issues, communication with property owners, legal considerations, and strategies for achieving compliance while maintaining community trust. Attendees will share experiences and compare approaches with their property maintenance programs. This roundtable offers a unique opportunity for peer-to-peer learning and collaborative problem-solving in a supportive environment.
Panelists leading the discussion include Mike Simonson (City of Bethlehem), Dwayne Tillman (City of Easton), and Stephen Nowroski (Moore Township). Following the roundtable, attendees will attend the Lehigh Valley Ironpigs vs Norfolk Tides baseball game.

BSI DUGOUT SUITES:
- These Suites are located on the Field Level directly behind home plate!
- Enter at the Club Gate (West Gate) at Coca-Cola Park!
- Shortly after entering the park there is a stairwell and elevator on your left side which you will take to the ground floor. When you arrive on the ground floor you will follow the BSI Dugout Suite signs!
- You also have access to the Club Bar area which is located on the Club/Suite level! Take one of the elevators to the 2nd floor!
