The process of reviewing the 2021 International Codes for adoption in the Commonwealth officially started on Saturday, November 12, 2022, with the opening of the public comment period on those sections of the code that are considered “modified sections” or “additional sections” as defined by the Act. In accordance with the Act, the public comment period will remain open for one hundred and twenty (120) days, closing on March 12, 2023.
Comment is open for modified and additional sections of code adopted by the Commonwealth. Your submission requires the following information:
- The general section of ICC on which you’re commenting
- The chapter and specific section or ICC change number
