PENNBOC will be holding its annual in-person business meeting & election of officers at 12:00pm on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at the BEAR CREEK MOUNTAIN RESORT & CONFERENCE CENTER, 101 Doe Mountain Lane, Macungie, PA 18062.

The annual business meeting will be held in-person in conjunction with PENNBOC’s annual conference & trade show (September 17-19, 2025).

The Nominations Committee has presented the following 2025-2027 slate of officers for election:

    President: William Yeagley, Region 5
    Vice-President: Walter Schneider, Region 5
    Treasurer: Michael Simonson, Region 2; or Joe Jackson, Region 6 (select one)
    Secretary: Evan Russell, Region 6
    Past President: James Lucas, Region 1 (non-elected position)
