Pennsylvania’s UCC Review and Advisory Council (RAC) is currently reviewing the 2018 ICC Codes. The Technical Advisory Committees (TAC) have reviewed the public comments received and will submit their final reports to the Council.
The TAC reports will be posted to the RAC’s webpage for public comment during three public hearings. It is anticipated that the reports will become available in early December.
The RAC will hold three virtual public hearings (via Zoom) on the Technical Advisory Committee recommendations for 2018 ICC code. Per statute, one hearing must be held in the eastern, western and central region of Pennsylvania. The public hearing dates are:
• 10:00 a.m., Tues., Dec. 15, 2020 (Central PA)
• 10:00 a.m., Weds., Dec. 16, 2020 (Eastern PA)
• 10:00 a.m., Thurs., Dec. 17, 2020 (Western PA)
