PROGRAM
This free educational presentation will address the interplay of land development and application of a fire prevention code including adoption of provisions of the IFC as part of municipal land development ordinance outside of the Uniform Construction Code (UCC) and application thereof. Additionally, this presentation will cover elements of the IFC; importance, requirements, enforcement tools, and methodologies which address specific fire prevention and mitigation strategies within the macro environment of the UCC.
