Description: A panel of experienced municipal solicitors will present the ins and outs of prosecuting ordinance violations, responding to complaints, gathering evidence, issuing citations or notice of violations; appearing before the Magisterial District Court and Court of Common Pleas; and, addressing other blight-fighting tools, such as conservatorship, sheriff’s sales, and tenant/rental registration ordinances.
