On March 14, 2012, in the greater Harrisburg area, the Central PA Chapter  of CSI will present a seminar for code officials and others. Titled, “Significant Changes to the IBC,” the session will be led by Douglas Thornburg, AIA, CBO. Thornburg is Director of Product Development for ICC.
