Exhibitor's Information

The field is a terrible place for a building officer to meet your products for the first time!  PENNBOC’s Conference is the right place to introduce your products to the people who will be inspecting them. The Conference Exhibit area is neutral turf. There are no permits at stake and no jobs that can be slowed while an inspector takes time to learn a new or unfamiliar product or method. There is no other place where you can reach so many building officials in one place at one time!

There are many benefits to exhibiting, sponsoring conference events, advertising in the conference program and donating door prizes or items for the registration packets. You can request an Exhibitors Brochure for ideas on how you can best benefit your company and your customers while bringing new knowledge and product awareness to building officials.  Don’t plan a meeting in the field when you can meet us in the Exhibit Area! Join us at the Conference!

Exhibitors FAQ's

When should we expect heavy flow from attendees?  During meal and break times, immediately before the Annual Meeting and after sessions not immediately followed by a meal. All meals and breaks are in the exhibit area. These will be peak flow times. The Wednesday general session (Annual Meeting) will be in the exhibit area beginning at 10:00 AM; so immediately before the session is a peak time. Each presenter will schedule his/her own breaks during a 60 minute window that begins 90 minutes after each session begins. By invitation of an exhibitor, a limited number of non-conference attendees may visit the exhibit area at any time other than meal time, without charge. Better yet, encourage all of the folks you would invite to your booth to register for the conference!!!  Registration materials will be available at PENNBOC.org.  All visitors must have proper ID (badges).
