About Michelle R. Mayfield 

Michelle's practice concentrates in code enforcement, zoning, municipal law and land use. Additional experience includes insurance defense with focus on defense of municipalities, workers compensation, and labor and employment. An associate at Hartman Shurr, a Reading law firm, she received a B.S. from West Virginia University and a Juris Doctorate from Villanova University School of Law. Six years prior to joining Hartman Shurr, Michelle was Assistant Solicitor for the City of Reading where she focused on code enforcement.
